FLIGHT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to best serve our community. Any changes will take effect immediately, and continued participation in FLIGHT indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Sales & Refund Policy

All sales are final. There will be no cash refunds after purchase.

Late cancellations, and same-day class time switches will result in a loss of class credit or a $20 late cancellation fee.
-
No shows will result in a loss of class credit or $20 late cancellation fee as well as an additional $5 no show fee. This is applicable to all FLIGHT Packages & Memberships

FLIGHT members receive one waived cancellation fee per quarter. To apply your waived fee, contact support@flightmn.com on the same day as the scheduled class.
Month-to-month Membership Information

Month to month memberships are non-committed memberships that automatically renew every month
-
If you have a month-to-month membership & would like to pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade, you must email support@flightmn.com

You must email at least 5 days prior to your billing date in order to make any membership adjustments for that billing cycle
-
Month-to-month memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 month & maximum of 1 month for a $15 monthly pause fee
Platinum Membership Information

Platinum Memberships are a 6-month commitment that automatically renew every month for 6 months
-
At the end of the 6 month term, you will have the option to cancel your membership. If you do not email support@flightmn.com to cancel your membership, it will automatically renew for another 6 months at the rate of your current membership (if rates have increased, your membership rate will not be affected)

If you have a Platinum & would like to pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade, you must email support@flightmn.com

You must email at least 5 days prior to your billing date in order to make any membership adjustments for that billing cycle

Platinum memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 month & maximum of 3 months for a $15 monthly pause fee
-
Pausing a Platinum membership will result in additional months equal to the time paused being added to the duration of the membership in order to equate to 6 full payments

Pauses on Platinum memberships can not be lifted earlier than the designated renewal date
Diamond Membership Information

Diamond Memberships are a 12-month commitment that automatically renew every month for 12 months

At the end of the 12 month term, you will have the option to cancel your membership. If you do not email support@flightmn.com to cancel your membership, it will automatically renew for another 12 months at the rate of your current membership (if rates have increased, your membership rate will not be affected)

If you have a Diamond membership & would like to pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade, you must email support@flightmn.com

Diamond memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 month & maximum of 3 months for a $15 monthly pause fee

Buy 1 Flight, Get 2 Weeks Unlimited Flights FREE is available as a one-time purchase.

Buy 1 Flight, Get 2 Weeks Unlimited Flights FREE activates after the first Flight is booked & expires 15 days after first booking date

All FLIGHT Packages (5, 10, 20 packs) are available as a one-time purchase

All FLIGHT Packages expire 1 year after purchase date

Intro Packages & Founders Packages expire 3 months after purchase date

All FLIGHT Packages & Intro Offers are subject to the applicable $20 late cancellation fee and/or loss of class credit, as well as potential additional $5 no-show fees
Booking Policy
-
ALL Unlimited Memberships are able to book their Flights 3 weeks in advance
-
ALL 4x, 8x, 12x Monthly Memberships are able to book their Flights 2 weeks in advance
-
ALL guests with FLIGHT packages are able to book their Flights 2 weeks in advance
-
All other package or membership options are able to book their Flights 1 week in advance
Member Drop-In Policy
-
All 4x, 8x & 12x monthly memberships receive 2 discounted Member Drop-Ins for $15 per drop-in every 30 days
-
Member drop-ins do not roll over month-to-month. They must be used within the current billing cycle

If you pre-book all 4, 8 or 12 Flights and attempt to book a Flight that is on a date scheduled before the last pre-booked class, you will be prompted to purchase a $15 member drop-in
-
If you do not wish to pay $15 for the member drop-in, you must cancel one of your already pre-booked Flights
Buddy Pass Policy

All 4x & 8x monthly memberships include 1 Buddy Pass every 30 days
-
All 12x & Unlimited monthly memberships include 2 Buddy Passes every 30 days
-
All guests must be booked into the class - they can NOT be added to the waitlist
-
The guest does not need to be new to FLIGHT
-
The same guest can return to FLIGHT booked under your Buddy Pass every month
Class Cancellation Policy
-
Classes must be cancelled 10 hours prior to class time to avoid penalties (per Sales & Refund Policy above).
-
Same-day class time switches/reschedules are treated as late cancellations.
-
If there is a waitlist, your spot will be forfeited if you arrive after the scheduled class start time.
-
Unlimited Memberships will be charged a $20 fee cancelling within the 10-hour window
-
The class credit on all 4, 8 & 12x monthly memberships will be forfeited for cancelling within the 10-hour window
No-Show Policy
-
Unlimited Memberships will be assessed an additional $5 fee for no showing a scheduled class
-
Any guest or member with a FLIGHT Membership (4x, 8x, or 12x monthly) as well as any FLIGHT Package (5, 10 or 20 pack) will forfeit their class credit & be assessed an additional $5 no show fee
-
No-show fees will be assessed 10 minutes after the scheduled class has started, per the Late Arrival Policy
First Flight Requirements
To ensure the safest and best experience for all new guests:
-
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class. This allows time for check-in, storing belongings, and receiving your studio tour & workout overview.

If it is your first FLIGHT and you arrive less than 10 minutes before class, you will not be permitted to take class. No exceptions.

If you arrive late, our Front Desk team will assist you with rescheduling and offer a complimentary class, either later that day or later in the week.
Late Arrival Policy

For your safety, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed into class.

If you arrive after the scheduled class time and there is a person present in the studio from the waitlist, your spot will be forfeited.
Studio Etiquette
-
Athletic shoes are required for class.
-
Cell phone use is not permitted during class while climbing. Feel free to capture videos and selfies before or after class!

Complimentary sweat towels are provided. Water bottles, energy drinks, and protein shakes are available for purchase.
Clean Shoe Policy
To protect our equipment and maintain a clean environment:

No street shoes are allowed in the lobby or inside the studio.
-
Please bring clean tennis shoes to change into immediately upon entering FLIGHT.
Safety Policies

Children may not be left unattended in the studio while parents or guardians are in class.
-
All policies are in place to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend Flight
-
Guests that are 16 years of age can attend Flight if a parent or guardian is present & in class

Legal Disclosures, Waivers & Limitations of Liability

1. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Studio location attended by the Member is physically located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that state, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
2. Assumption of Risk
Member acknowledges that participation in group fitness classes, strength training, cardiovascular training, and use of fitness equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, equipment failure, and other physical injuries. Member voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with participation.
3. Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Member hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Studio, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, or agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in Studio activities, including those arising from ordinary negligence.
4. Indemnification
Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Studio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Member’s participation, conduct, or violation of this Agreement.
5. Medical Clearance & Fitness to Participate
Member represents that they are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in Studio activities. Member agrees to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program and to discontinue participation if experiencing pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
6. No Medical Advice Disclaimer
Studio services, instruction, and materials are provided for general fitness and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
7. Cancellation, No-Show & Fee Policy Acknowledgment
Member acknowledges and agrees to all posted cancellation, no-show, late arrival, and membership fee policies as disclosed at the time of booking or purchase, which may be updated from time to time. Please see Terms & Conditions above for all Studio Policies.
8. Auto-Renewal Disclosure & Authorization
If applicable, Member authorizes recurring charges in accordance with the selected membership plan. Memberships will automatically renew unless canceled pursuant to Studio policy. Member acknowledges receipt of clear disclosure of renewal terms, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions in compliance with applicable state laws.
9. Photo & Video Release
Member grants the Studio the irrevocable right to use photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during classes or events for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, without compensation, unless Member provides written opt-out notice.
10. Personal Property Disclaimer
Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
11. Force Majeure
Studio shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or equipment failure.
12. Modification of Terms
Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
15. Waiver
Failure by the Studio to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Consumer Rights Savings Clause
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable state or federal law.
