WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead Unforgettable Classes: Deliver dynamic, high-energy workouts that challenge, motivate, and inspire every guest from warm-up to final push.

  • Own the Room: Command the studio with confidence, charisma, and authenticity — creating an experience that keeps members coming back.

  • Fill Your Flight: Build strong relationships with members, grow your personal class following, and help keep your classes thriving and full.

  • Create the Vibe: Bring the hype, the heart, and the passion. Your energy sets the tone and elevates every session.

  • Prioritize Safety & Form: Lead with professionalism and care — ensuring proper technique, clear cueing, and a safe environment for all fitness levels.

  • Be Part of the Community: Show up inside and outside the studio as a true ambassador of FLIGHT — supporting events, connecting with members, and contributing to our culture.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of group fitness instruction experience (required)

  • Current AED & CPR certification (required)

  • Boutique studio experience strongly preferred

  • Specialty certifications are a plus
