At FLIGHT, our Front Desk Attendants are the heartbeat of the studio. You're the first smile our guests see, the hype behind the vibe, and a key driver of our growing fitness community. This role is perfect for someone high-energy, detail-obsessed, sales-confident, and passionate about fitness and people. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Deliver First-Class Experiences: Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm- making them feel instantly welcomed and excited to be at FLIGHT

  • Sell the FLIGHT Lifestyle: Confidently educate guests on our classes, packs, and memberships and close sales that help grow our community. 

  • Keep the Studio Top-Tier: Maintain a squeaky-clean, visually stunning studio that reflects the premium FLIGHT brand

  • Be the Vibe: Bring a bubbly, fun, and motivating personality that matches our high-energy workouts

  • Community Builder: Build genuine connections with members and guests and represent FLIGHT both in and out of the studio 

  • Support Studio Operations: Assist with check-ins, class flow, and behind-the-scenes tasks to keep everything running smoothly

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A people-person who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments

  • Naturally positive, outgoing, and confident speaking with guests

  • Detail-oriented and proud of keeping spaces spotless

  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, and being part of an inspiring community

  • Comfortable selling and excited by earning commission

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of client-facing experience

  • Fitness, wellness, hospitality, or boutique studio experience strongly preferred

  • Sales or membership-based experience is a big plus
